- Maximum 4 guests for 1 bedroom apartments and 6 guests for 2 bedroom apartments. The price indicated is for 2 guests and €15/day will be charged for each additional guest.
- Children under 5 years old are free of charge. We have cots and children’s equipment available if necessary.
- For long stays, we will provide a free weekly cleaning service (change of bed and bathroom linen) starting from the second week.
- All apartments have a 2x2m sofa bed.
- Entire building dedicated to holiday accommodation with an authorised licence.
- Prices do not include the 7% Canary Islands general tax IGIC. All our rentals are legal and fully declared.
